Hi Everyone,

PGD is seeking a Media Performance Associate Manager – Paid Social with hands-on experience managing end-to-end paid social (Meta, Linkedin & Twitter) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with international clients. The role is open across five locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai.

Role - Media Performance Associate Manager-Paid Social

Experience - 2 to 5 years

Location - Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai

Notice Period - 45 Days (Maximum)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Expertise on various social platforms like Meta, Youtube, Linkedin, Pinterest etc
  • Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
  • Build, setup and optimize campaigns across social platforms
  • Assist in building, planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy
  • Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations
  • Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers
  • Sense of ownership; very responsible for client budget management & performance monitoring
  • Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with the team members/ supervisor to meet goals

You will fit right in if you have –

  • Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred)
  • 2 to 4 Years of experience in Biddable media
  • Strong knowledge in various social platforms like Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn- etc.
  • Individual contributor role
