Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Bengaluru South. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive growth and engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, implementing A/B testing, developing insights for campaign improvement, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Paid Advertising Channels, PPC Campaigns, and Performance Marketing Strategies
• Expertise in Analytics, Reporting, and Data Interpretation to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Advertising
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance tracking platforms
• Solid understanding of A/B Testing, Conversion Optimization, and Retargeting Strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in the technology or AI development industries is a plus
