YouTube Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a YouTube Optimization Specialist for our Bangalore creative team with 6 months to 1 plus year of YouTube channel management experience and strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, Analytics and tools like vidIQ or TubeBuddy.

1. Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags and ensure proper use of chapters, cards, end screens and pinned comments.

2. Drive thumbnail and title A/B testing to improve CTR and develop data-backed content packaging strategies.

3.  Analyze audience retention data to identify drop-offs and provide actionable insights to enhance video structure and engagement.

4. Manage daily channel operations, including upload schedules, playlist organization and community engagement.

5. Monitor competitor channels, track key performance metrics (AVD, CTR, conversions) and leverage insights to refine growth strategies.

Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- 

Work Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Full Time (work from office), Bangalore.
