Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who understands how beauty brands win on Meta ads, social media, and UGC.

This role is about creating high-converting ideas, not just content. You should be deeply familiar with how top D2C beauty brands like Renee Cosmetics, Dot & Key, SUGAR Cosmetics, and MARS Cosmetics build and scale creatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy for Paid Ads
  • Plan and conceptualize high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop UGC ad angles, hooks, and scripts across funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Identify winning formats (problem-solution, testimonial, demo, before-after, etc.)
  • Build a strong pipeline of creative testing ideas weekly
2. UGC & Influencer Content Direction
  • Write clear, actionable UGC scripts and creator briefs
  • Guide influencers/creators to produce ad-ready content
  • Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and performance goals
3. Social Media & Content Thinking
  • Contribute to social media content strategy (reels, statics, carousels)
  • Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and competitor creatives
  • Maintain swipe files and references for continuous inspiration
4. Data-Backed Creative Optimization
  • Work closely with media buyers to analyze:
  • CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate
  • Creative fatigue and scaling signals
  • Suggest iterations and improvements based on performance data
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy / performance content / D2C marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta ads ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with UGC scripting and influencer content
  • Familiarity with beauty brands like Renee Cosmetics, Dot & Key, SUGAR Cosmetics, MARS Cosmetics
  • Strong copywriting + storytelling ability
  • Basic design sense and understanding of ad formats
