Performance Marketing Manager

Execute and optimize Meta and Google campaigns

Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Coordinate website updates, offers, landing pages, and product listings

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

Assist in improving conversion rates and customer acquisition

Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad assets

Track budgets, spends, and daily marketing performance

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience

Understanding of digital ads and e-commerce marketing and operations

Exceptional understanding of marketplaces, and analytics tools

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Startup Experience Preferred

Healthcare/ wellness/ Devices experience is a value add
