Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager Associate to lead and manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively across teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, events, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

-Develop and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.

-Track, measure, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

-Coordinate marketing for events, partnerships, and brand activations.

-Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

-Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably handling multiple projects.

-Strong project management and organizational skills.

-Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
