Role Overview:
We are seeking a candidate with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns specifically for D2C websites. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on website sales growth, ROAS optimization, funnel scaling, and customer acquisition profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who understands numbers, performance strategy, retention marketing, and modern AI-powered marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC benchmarks
- Drive website purchases, revenue growth, and conversion optimization
- Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple D2C brands
D2C Growth & Analytics
- Monitor daily campaign KPIs including:
- ROAS
- CPA/CAC
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Prepare and maintain performance reports in Google Sheets / Excel
- Build actionable insights from campaign data and recommend scaling strategies
- Coordinate with creative teams for high-converting ad creatives and hooks
WhatsApp Retention Marketing
- Understanding of WhatsApp retention and CRM marketing tools
- Ability to support:
- Abandoned cart flows
- Repeat purchase campaigns
- Broadcast campaigns
- Retention automations
- Knowledge of tools like Interakt, AiSensy, WATI, or similar platforms is preferred
AI & Modern Marketing Tools
Candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for:
- Ad copy creation
- Creative ideation
- Research
- Performance analysis
- Funnel strategy
- Reporting assistance
Hands-on familiarity with:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in D2C eCommerce performance marketing
- Proven experience in scaling website sales using Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of ROAS optimization and media buying

- Understanding of Shopify ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹5L+
