Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Run paid marketing initiatives with a focus on improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lowering CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to achieve a 3x revenue growth target.

Optimize for high-intent e-commerce actions, including Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Purchase.

Campaign Planning And Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels utilizing Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and manual bidding strategies.

Oversee Product Feed Management (via Catalog Manager or tools like Feedonomics) to ensure product data, pricing, and availability are synced accurately for Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).

Partner with the creative team to produce performance-first assets, including UGC-style videos, static carousels, and problem/solution creative tailored to specific custom-print personas.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage data analytics and key performance metrics to monitor campaign success and make informed adjustments to strategies to understand the Customer Journey and mitigate the negative impacts.

Collaborate with MarTech to deeply analyze customer behavior and use insights to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Collaborate with MarTech to segment customers based on Lifetime Value (LTV) and Purchase Frequency, using these insights to build high-value Lookalike audiences.

Understanding of Attribution Models and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Zapier, etc.

Budget Management

Own and manage performance marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effective campaign execution.

Implement budget forecasting and track spending to optimize budget allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Strong leadership attribute to partner with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Work closely with the product team to incorporate product launches into performance marketing strategies.

Testing And Optimization

Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budget allocation.

Continuously identify new opportunities for optimization and innovation in paid marketing strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Reporting And Analysis

Deliver regular and detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Understand multi-channel paid media strategies and deliver holistic insights on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI across platforms.

Qualifications & Requirement

Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

5-8 years of relevant experience in paid social media marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.

Expertise in social media marketing, with deep hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.

Proficiency in social media analytics and digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to provide evidence-based recommendations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
