Role Overview
We're looking for a performance-first marketer who can independently run and scale ad campaigns across Meta & Google, while constantly testing new digital and offline growth levers.
You'll have ownership of ad strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation ensuring high ROI and sharp user targeting in a rapidly evolving devotion-tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Execution: End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC), uncover patterns, and constantly refine ad creatives, audiences, and funnel flows.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to test hooks, formats, and messaging that convert.
- User Funnel Insights: Understand the user journey from ad click to puja booking, and suggest improvements across touchpoints.
- Experimentation: Explore new paid channels (YouTube, Programmatic, Influencer Collabs), and offline levers (events, societies, mandirs) to acquire users.
- Budget & Growth Planning: Manage daily budgets, scaling strategies, and monthly growth targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google.
- Strong command over performance metrics, audience segmentation, and bid strategy.
- Experience with landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, and event tracking via GA, GTM, or similar.
- Self-starter who can take initiative, analyze performance independently, and suggest creative growth ideas.
- Exposure to offline marketing, influencer marketing, or community outreach is a bonus.
- Passion for high-impact, mission-driven marketing in the spiritual or cultural space is a plus.
