We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can plan, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
- Build brand-wise performance marketing strategies
- Build top, middle, bottom funnel, and re-engagement strategies conscious of market type and buying patterns
- Work on insight led marketing and discovery strategies
- Develop customer centric and personalised re-targeting campaigns
- Run and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google products
- Build and deploy Answer-Engine performance strategies
- Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize for better results
- Work with creatives and copies to ensure brand consistency in tandem with funnel performance
- Build and share reports that help stakeholders better understand advertising efforts, what's working, and what's needed next
