Role Overview
We're looking for a performance-first marketer who understands how to drive revenue through Meta & Google.
This role is not for someone who only runs ads.
You should understand:
- what makes people buy
- how creatives impact CAC
- how to improve conversion rates
- how to scale winning ads aggressively
- how to think like a business owner, not a media buyer
You will work closely across:
- ads
- landing pages
- creative strategy
- creators/UGC
- retention hooks
- conversion optimization
The goal is simple:
Drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own Paid Acquisition (Meta + Google)
- Manage and scale Meta & Google campaigns
- Optimize for CAC, ROAS, CVR and revenue
- Monitor funnels and identify conversion drop-offs
- Improve landing page and ad performance
- Scale winning campaigns aggressively
- Pause poor-performing campaigns quickly
2. Creative Strategy for Performance
- Identify which creatives are converting
- Ideating and directing content creation for ads/reels
- Work with creators/editors to produce ad creatives
- Build hooks, angles, and offers that improve conversions
- Continuously test new messaging and formats
3. Work with UGC & Creators
- Coordinate with UGC creators/influencers
- Source performance-driven content
- Help manage creator briefs and outputs
- Ensure fast turnaround of creatives
4. Experimentation & Execution
- Run structured experiments weekly
- Test audiences, hooks, offers, creatives, landing pages
- Make fast decisions based on data
- Execute with speed and ownership
Who This Is Ideal For
- 2-4 years in D2C performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Comfortable managing budgets and scaling campaigns
- Understands short-form ad creatives deeply
- Has worked in consumer startups/D2C brands
