Role Overview

AiSensy is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Content Creator Lead to lead our content engine and brand storytelling across digital channels.

This role will own the overall creative direction and content strategy for the company driving high-impact campaigns across social media, performance marketing, product storytelling, customer education, and brand awareness.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams while managing and guiding a talented in-house team of writers, designers, video editors, and social media specialists.

We are looking for someone who can combine:

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and own AiSensy's content and creative strategy across all digital channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned with:
  • product launches,
  • growth initiatives,
  • lead generation,
  • customer education,
  • and brand positioning.
  • Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps with clear business objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify content opportunities across the customer lifecycle — awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy.

2. Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction

  • Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Lead ideation for:
  • LinkedIn content,
  • Instagram campaigns,
  • reels,
  • performance ad creatives,
  • product explainers,
  • webinars,
  • customer stories,
  • and educational content.
  • Translate product capabilities and customer pain points into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with AiSensy's positioning and quality standards.

3. Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration

  • Manage and collaborate with:
  • content writers,
  • designers,
  • video editors,
  • and social media team members.
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and quality control across all content outputs.
  • Improve team workflows, content production systems, and approval processes for faster and more scalable execution.
  • Foster a high-performance and experimentation-driven creative culture.

4. Performance & Growth-Oriented Content

  • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze content performance across platforms and optimize based on:
  • engagement,
  • CTR,
  • retention,
  • watch time,
  • lead quality,
  • and conversions.
  • Build scalable frameworks for performance content, founder-led content, and social-first storytelling.
  • Continuously experiment with new hooks, content formats, and platform trends.

5. Organic Social & Community Growth

  • Drive AiSensy's organic growth strategy across:
  • LinkedIn,
  • Instagram,
  • YouTube,
  • X/Twitter,
  • and emerging platforms.
  • Build engaging and insight-driven content that positions AiSensy as a leader in conversational marketing and WhatsApp engagement.
  • Stay updated with content trends, creator ecosystems, AI tools, and social platform changes.

6. Content Operations & Scalability

  • Own the content calendar and publishing workflows across teams.
  • Build SOPs, quality standards, and content review systems.
  • Improve content repurposing strategies across multiple formats and channels.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, design language, and publishing cadence.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 4–7 years of experience in:
  • Content Marketing,
  • Creative Strategy,
  • Social Media,
  • Brand Marketing,
  • or Content Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and leading multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • B2B SaaS storytelling,
  • performance content,
  • social-first content,
  • and audience psychology.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of content and growth metrics.

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AI, or startup ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, conversational marketing, or creator-led growth.
  • Experience working closely with performance marketing teams on paid campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO, product marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Notion,
  • HubSpot,
  • Canva,
  • Figma,
  • GA4,
  • Meta Ads Manager,
  • and AI-powered content tools.
