About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
This is a high-impact role where you will own end-to-end paid marketing performance, manage large budgets, and directly influence revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and has experience scaling campaigns across multiple channels and funnels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and scale monthly budgets exceeding ₹2–3 Crore across platforms
- Build and execute full-funnel performance strategies (acquisition, retargeting, retention)
- Drive performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization
- Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to drive high-performing campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and take data-backed decisions to scale or optimize campaigns
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing
Required Experience- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Proven experience managing ₹1 Crore+ monthly ad spend (combined or platform-specific)
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Experience with conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Pixels, Events)
- Prior experience in D2C, EdTech, or high-growth startups preferred
Educational Preference- Candidates from Tier-1 institutes preferred (IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, NSIT, top-tier MBA colleges such as IIMs, MICA, NMIMS, IMT, IIFT, etc.)
Skills & Attributes- Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making
- Deep understanding of funnel optimization and user behavior
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficient CAC/ROAS
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
