We are looking for a data-driven
Head of Performance Marketing to join a fast-growing D2C fashion brand. In this leadership role, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth, responsible for scaling paid media campaigns and optimizing our digital funnel to achieve measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize significant daily spends (₹1L–₹2L+) while maintaining efficiency.
- Metric Ownership: Constant monitoring and improvement of ROAS, CAC, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Optimization: Execute rigorous A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve funnel performance.
- Data Analytics: Utilize GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio to derive actionable insights and report on campaign health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative and Product teams to align ad content with brand goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Growth Marketing.
- Industry Focus: Proven track record in D2C E-commerce, ideally within the Apparel/Fashion sector.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to handle complex attribution models and data-driven decision-making.
- Scaling Success: Demonstrated ability to scale brands from mid-stage to high-growth while reducing CAC.
