We are looking for a sharp, growth-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can help scale our online presence and drive measurable sales growth across digital platforms.
KRA:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart) if applicable
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns with strong focus on:
- ROAS
- CAC optimization
- Conversion rate improvement
- Lead generation & retargeting
- Create and test ad creatives, hooks, copies, and campaign angles for skincare products.
- Coordinate with graphic designers/content creators for ad creatives and landing page requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Handle pixel integrations, tracking, conversion APIs, and analytics tools.
- Work closely with founders to build growth strategies for a fast-scaling skincare startup.
- Research skincare and beauty industry trends, competitor ads, and viral content formats.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Ads.
- Experience handling Meta Ads and Google Ads independently.
- Prior experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, or fashion brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting funnels
- Ad creatives
- Conversion optimization
- Analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce tracking is a plus.
- Creative mindset with performance-driven execution.
- Startup mindset: fast, proactive, ownership-oriented.
