We are looking for a results-driven performance marketer who can generate high-quality leads, optimize campaigns, and directly contribute to sales growth.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end digital lead generation across platforms. Your primary focus will be to drive qualified leads, reduce CPL, and improve conversions.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with leadership and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Core Focus)
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Run retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL and conversions
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Drive high-quality leads for commercial and residential projects
- Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion rates
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality
Social Media (Support Role)
- Oversee content direction for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ensure content aligns with lead generation goals
- Suggest reels and short-form video ideas
WhatsApp & Email Marketing
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns and follow-up sequences
- Manage lead nurturing funnels
- Run email campaigns for launches, offers, and investor updates
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI)
- Share weekly and monthly reports
- Identify scaling opportunities and improve underperforming campaigns
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search + Remarketing)
- Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of performance marketing funnels
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and email marketing tools
- Good copywriting and creative understanding
- Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate marketing
- CRM tools like Zoho or LeadSquared
- Landing page optimization knowledge
- Basic SEO understanding

Salary
₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + performance incentives
