Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Gurugram, India (onsite)

Salary Range: 4.8 LPA - 8 LPA

Qualifications:

  • Drive consistently profitable performance across all paid marketing channels by maintaining strong ROAS and conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads that meet the company's qualification benchmarks and contribute to monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a continuous creative testing strategy, including new ad copies, visuals, and formats, to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct daily campaign optimisation through budget reallocation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and performance-based scaling.
  • Deliver clear and actionable performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
  • Implement ongoing A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, and landing experiences to achieve incremental improvements in cost efficiency and conversion quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and relevant analytics tools.
  • Expertise in performance optimisation, funnel analysis, and media planning.
  • Ability to work with data, derive insights, and make quick decisions based on real-time performance.
  • Creative reasoning for ad testing and understanding what drives user attention and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in EdTech or high-ticket lead-generation industries.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools, CRM integrations, and attribution models.
  • Understanding of remarketing funnels and behavioural targeting.
