About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve lead generation, sales, and ROI goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Manage daily campaign optimization including A/B testing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.

Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates) and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creative.

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager) to track performance and user behavior.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

24 years of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads campaign management.

Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and campaign automation tools.

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in landing page optimization and funnel building.

Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.

Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.
