Website: www.fastor7.com Role: Performance Marketer We are seeking a data-driven performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple brands, including D2C, Retail, SaaS, and Fastor7's own products and services. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and focused on delivering strong ROI through performance-led strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms Drive lead generation, user acquisition, and online sales through performance-focused strategies Manage campaign budgets and ensure target ROI/ROAS across multiple accounts Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs and share insights with internal teams and clients Collaborate closely with design, content, and business development teams to align campaigns with business goals Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and scalability Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities Requirements 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably across E-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or Tech Services Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and Analytics tools Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and LTV Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously Exposure to marketing automation and AI-powered ad tools is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
