Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT domains. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand technical job requirements (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring / niche hiring.
- Knowledge of contract staffing / permanent staffing.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience hiring for skills such as:
- Java, .NET, Python
- React, Angular
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML
