JobSummary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company's overall growth and success.

Mode of Work: Full time

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future job openings, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and work together to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.

Requirements:

  • 48 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience hiring for niche or senior-level IT roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, StackOverflow, and tech communities for passive sourcing.
  • Understanding of HR policies, onboarding processes, and HR compliance.
  • Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments.
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing activities.
