Lead IT Recruiter - RPO - 3 Months Contract To Hire - 5 to 8 years

Deployed to: A well funded emerging Fintech started by industry veterans.

Job Type: Contract To Hire

Minimum Duration: 3 Months

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Workplace Type: Work From Office - 5 days a week

Office Location: Mumbai Central Line (Ghatkopar - Vikhroli area)

Experience: Min. 5 years in hardcore Technical Recruitment (SaaS / Design / Data / Analytics)

Fixed Salary: up to 12LPA based on fitment

Variable: Flat commission per closure - Uncapped

MUST HAVE:

• End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing to joining)
• Worked in crunch / volume hiring scenarios (e.g. demonstrated experience of rolling out 100 offers in a quarter )
• Extremely good understanding of technical concept and hiring roles like Full Stack, DevOps, AI/ML, Analytics, UI/UX, Data Engineering, Solution Architect etc.
• Hands-on with relevant tools (ATS, job portals, social media hiring, managing referrals etc.)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with both the client and candidates

IMPORTANT - LIKELY SCENARIOS POST 3 MONTHS CONTRACT:

a) your contract ends

b) you join our client

c) you continue at datavruti - deployed to another of our RPO clients

d) you continue at datavruti - on our permanent / staffing client requirements
