Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in US staffing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
- Work on Direct Client / W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, visa status, and salary expectations.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline for recurring technologies.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD).
- Experience working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners.
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in US shift (7:00 AM 4:30 PM IST).
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with State Clients / Federal Clients (preferred).
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
