The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record to join our team in Navi Mumbai. You will be the engine of our sales pipeline — researching target accounts, prospecting intelligently, running outbound calling campaigns to IT and Facilities decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for our field sales team. This is a results-driven role with a strong performance bonus for those who deliver.
Key Responsibilities• Drive outbound calling campaigns to IT Heads, Facilities Heads, Procurement and Workplace decision-makers to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Research, identify and build target account and prospect lists intelligently, using a structured, data-led approach to prospecting.
• Demonstrate a consistent ability to prospect, open conversations and convert cold contacts into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Manage and nurture inbound enquiries, qualifying leads against our solution offerings (video conferencing, boardroom AV, experience centres, digital signage and collaboration spaces).
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Support basic social media activity — posting, engagement and amplification of Allwave's content to support brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct introductory product and solution conversations confidently over MS Teams, Zoom and phone.
• Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and to hit shared targets.
What We're Looking For• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• A demonstrated ability to prospect — researching accounts, finding the right contacts and opening doors.
• Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English (a must).
• High energy, self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to make a high volume of quality outbound calls.
• Mature, professional and driven, comfortable engaging senior IT and Facilities stakeholders.
• Intelligent at research and prospecting, with a sharp, methodical approach to identifying opportunities.
• Comfortable and savvy with MS Teams, Zoom and other collaboration and video-conferencing platforms.
• Ability to carry out basic social media work to support marketing and lead generation.
• Comfortable working with a CRM and reporting on pipeline and activity.
