Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities. The role involves engaging prospective customers, understanding their cooling requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the field sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Identify potential residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements.
  • Present products and value proposition effectively.
  • Educate customers on energy-efficient cooling solutions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.

3. Appointment & Sales Support

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development Managers.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams for seamless customer handover.
  • Ensure timely follow-up until closure.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

4. CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  • Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
  • Track daily sales activities and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

5. Sales Targets

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Meet lead generation and appointment booking targets.
  • Contribute towards overall sales revenue goals.
  • Maintain high lead-to-opportunity conversion ratios.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience during every interaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns or coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects until conversion.

7. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in sales reviews and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Lead Generation.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
