Job Description:
What you will be doing
Should have worked OR supervised on the following processes:
1. Outgoing calls - Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and
follow-ups
2. Proactively reach out to old and existing leads to pitch suitable investment products
3. Collaborate with the relationship team to ensure a smooth client experience
4. Upsell and cross-sell products such as PMS, AIFs, and Global offerings where
relevant.
5. Be available to connect with clients according to their preferred timings
6. Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status using CRM.
