Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture sales leads, secure and close customer accounts, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and support the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
