Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries received via phone, email, website, and other communication channels.
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to support sales pipeline growth.
Understand customer requirements, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives for further engagement.
Prepare, issue, and track quotations, proposals, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and proper documentation.
Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with complete and accurate information related to leads, prospects, customers, communication history, and sales status.
Provide pre-sales support by coordinating technical documentation, product information, and pricing details with sales and technical teams.
Assist with post-sales activities, including order confirmation, delivery coordination, customer communication, and support in issue resolution.
Coordinate closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order processing, order fulfillment, invoicing, and adherence to delivery timelines.
Support customer outreach initiatives such as contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and customer satisfaction follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
Generate basic sales reports and assist the sales team with data tracking, analysis, and pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
13 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
