Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, connecting with potential clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position entails understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining professional communication to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive client acquisition and sales growth
  • Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in IT solutions, services, or a related technology domain is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
