Job Description:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate meetings
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication (both email & phone) and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (coldcalls, coldemails).
- Able to generate their own data through data mining. Good at research: finding leads, mapping org structures, target accounts.
- Eagerness to learn technical & product details and features of the product they are expected to position (cloud solutions, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to understand customer pain points & articulate value propositions.
- Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment.
- Basic computer skills: proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM tools.
Experience:
Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Education:
HSC and Graduation is preferred.
