The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with employment laws. The individual will develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives, ensuring employee engagement and performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram, requiring a hands-on approach to team management and personnel development. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to drive organizational growth and foster a positive work culture.

• Knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Strategic Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Team Management
• Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Proven expertise in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement
• Proficiency in HR tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role
