The Opportunity
Visdum is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping global companies automate complex sales commission management. As we scale our teams across India and the US, we're looking for a Senior HR Executive who can independently handle HR operations and recruitment in a high-growth startup environment.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys ownership, clarity, and fast-paced work - not a managerial or policy-only HR role.
What You'll Own
HR Operations (Core Ownership)
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and exits
- Manage offer letters, employment contracts, probation confirmations, and exit documentation
- Ensure HR policies are followed consistently and updated when required
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers
- Support leadership with people data, reports, and compliance requirements
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Drive smooth candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Close roles efficiently while maintaining hiring quality
HR Process & Culture
- Improve and maintain HR processes suitable for a growing SaaS startup
- Support employee engagement, feedback, and internal initiatives
- Ensure professionalism, transparency, and fairness in HR communication
