Job Title:
Corporate Employee Experience, Engagement, Talent Management

Reporting To: Head HR / CHRO
Location: HO / PAN India
Grade: Manager / Sr. Manager
Travel- Not very frequently but yes required as & when basis.
Preferably from a BFSI/NBFC industry, experience in managing bulk employee/ FOS engagement
Role Purpose:
To design and deliver a high-impact Employee Experience & Capability ecosystem by integrating Engagement, Talent Management creating visible, outcome-driven people initiatives that improve culture, leadership strength, retention of critical talent, and HR credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Employee Experience & Engagement
Own the end-to-end employee experience journey from onboarding to exit
Design and execute engagement programs with measurable business outcomes
Run engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups; translate insights into actionable plans
Create high-visibility experience platforms: townhalls, recognition programs, leadership connects
Partner with Business Leaders to strengthen morale, trust, belonging, and culture
2.Talent Management
Design and manage HiPo framework, succession planning, and career paths
Drive talent reviews, leadership pipelines, and internal mobility
Partner with HRBPs to improve retention of critical roles
Strengthen performance enablement programs (goal clarity, coaching, capability building)
3.Learning, OD & HR Brand
Strengthen HR brand through storytelling and internal communication
Partner with Corporate Communications to amplify people success stories
Track KPIs on engagement, learning effectiveness, HiPo movement, leadership bench strength
Build dashboards and management reports for leadership visibility
Ensure consistent quality, speed of execution, and delivery excellence

Experience & Qualification:
612 years of experience in Employee Engagement / Talent Management
MBA / MSW / Psychology / HR
BFSI / Microfinance exposure preferred
