Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee life-cycle processes, addressing employee queries, and fostering positive employee relations across teams. The individual will assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and local regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with leadership on engagement, training, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end employee life-cycle activities.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR tools, salary slips and compliance-related processes.
  • Strong Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Experience creating, implementing, or maintaining HR Policies that are compliant, transparent, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in the IT, software development, or digital services industry is a plus.
