Role: Senior HR Executive
Job Brief: The HR Executive is responsible for executing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and employee separation. This role contributes to attracting, engaging, and supporting employees while ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Administer initial candidate assessments and attend to candidate queries regarding the job profile.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback updates.
- Manage offer rollout, pre-joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding activities.
- Facilitate new hire induction and ensure smooth, seamless integration into the organisation.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and other lifecycle transactions.
- Validate attendance and leave records and provide monthly payroll inputs to finance.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Talent Management
- Help in organising employee engagement initiatives, events, feedback surveys and execute recognition programs as per requirements.
- Support implementation of performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and L & D activities.
- Support in addressing employee queries and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and issue HR documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information and records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and documentation standards.
Exit Management
- Manage resignation and separation processes, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Please ensure that full and final settlements and other exit documents, such as pay slips and tax slips, are sent to exiting employees.
HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain HR trackers and MIS reports related to hiring, onboarding, attrition, engagement, and HR operations.
- Support HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, an MBA in HR will be preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the Edtech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with HR-related labour laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS and HR analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks.
