This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and managing general HR-related activities. The position includes ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting employee engagement, and fostering a positive and productive work environment while aligning with the company's goals.

• Proven skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and conflict resolution processes
• Ability to effectively implement and oversee HR Policies
• General expertise in Human Resources (HR), including talent acquisition, training, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is an advantage
