Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee engagement, compliance, and coordination with store and management teams to ensure smooth HR functioning across locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
Employee Relations
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Policy & Compliance
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation where required.
Training & Performance Management
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance review processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain training records and employee development data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
