Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Executive with around 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day HR operational activities. The role involves handling employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance support while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, employee records)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities and induction
  • Maintain accurate HRMS and employee data
  • Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave, and employee data with payroll team/vendor
  • Manage attendance and leave management systems
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and audits
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities and HR reports
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in corporate HR environment
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization
