Overview

An HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the organization's human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee endtoend recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support
  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance are followed
  • Manage exit formalities including documentation and exit interviews
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Experience with recruitment tools and HRMS platforms
