Role Description
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and sensitivity. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development initiatives. Provide guidance on performance improvement and career advancement.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs aimed at employee skill enhancement and organizational growth. Identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage compensation structures and benefits programs. Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data. Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing HR practices.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
