Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with 33.5 years of experience who can independently manage assigned HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Update and manage employee databases.
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, and headcount.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll/finance teams for timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records and assist during audits.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

  • 33.5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .
