Job Summary
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with 33.5 years of experience who can independently manage assigned HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Update and manage employee databases.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, and headcount.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll/finance teams for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Performance Management & Training
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
- Maintain statutory compliance records and assist during audits.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 33.5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Proficiency in MS Office .
