Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across India, oversee travel desk operations, and handle core HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, process orientation, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (Pan India)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across India.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Travel Desk Management
- Manage domestic travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cabs) for employees.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and negotiate corporate rates.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely travel arrangements.
- Maintain travel records and expense tracking.
- Handle travel-related queries and emergency changes.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
3. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit formalities).
- Handle employee documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
- 25 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience handling Pan India hiring and travel desk coordination preferred.
