Role Highlights

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. If you thrive in building processes, supporting teams, and ensuring smooth HR functions, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

Drive talent acquisition & recruitment

Coordinate onboarding & employee engagement activities

Maintain accurate employee records & ensure compliance

Support payroll coordination & compensation plans

Facilitate performance management processes

Coordinate training & development initiatives

Ensure adherence to labor laws & HR regulations

Assist in HR projects like policy development & organizational growth

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3-5+ years of HR experience (depending on level)

Knowledge of HR functions

Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Past experience in IT or Media Company is a Plus
