Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources professional located in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will oversee HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, management of HR policies, compensation and benefits administration, and personnel management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR professional will collaborate with various departments to address talent needs and support organizational growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and proficiency with HR Policies
  • Strong capabilities in HR Management and Personnel Management
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and relevant regulations
  • Ability to manage and implement effective HR strategies within a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in performance management and employee relations is a plus
  • Previous experience in a dynamic or fast-paced business setting is preferred
