Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner (People Success Business Partner) role based in Hyderabad requiring working in alignment with US/Night Shifts. The HR Business Partner is expected to:

a. Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness

b. Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters

c. Guide managers on performance management practices, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

d. Conceptualize and execute the implementation of HR programs such as large scale change initiatives, productivity enhancement initiatives, succession planning, compensation and benefits processes, and change management activities

e. Drive and support Great Places To Work certification and such employer branding and recognition initiatives

f. Generate strategic insights leveraging data on various aspects of People and trigger mass scale changes from a People Satisfaction and Retention perspective

g. Own and drive highly effective programs that significantly and positively impact the eNPS, ESAT and Retention metrics of the assigned Business Units

h. Daily responsibilities also include strategic partnering with cross-functional teams, analyzing and leveraging data to make informed decisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and employment laws

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is an advantage.
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines consistently.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including handling complex cases, conflict resolution, and coaching managers on people issues.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with demonstrated experience ensuring HR practices comply with applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead HR business partner role, preferably within a fast-paced, technology or services environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using HR metrics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc), HRMS tools (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and other presentation applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to managing a medium to large workforce (300+)
  • At least an intermediate level proficiency of working with AI tools
