Role: HR Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

Employment Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring and talent management strategies.
  • Drive employee onboarding, induction, and probation management processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, payroll inputs, and employee rewards programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on hiring, retention, employee engagement, performance, and workforce trends.
  • Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, change management activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment aligned with the company's values and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels.
