Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support people and organizational objectives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to address workforce challenges and business needs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate employee communication and ensure effective implementation of HR programs.
• Support talent management, retention, and development initiatives.
