Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The Junior Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. They will develop and implement policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. Additionally, they will play a role in training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
