We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to manage candidate information effectively.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques.
