Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter cum Policy Maker who will lead end-to-end recruitment while also being responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR policies and frameworks. The role requires strong hands-on recruitment expertise along with strategic HR thinking to build scalable people practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels (junior to leadership roles)
  • Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding processes
HR Policies & Frameworks
  • Design, draft, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Review and update policies in line with labor laws and organizational needs
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Define and maintain disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, and performance policies
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Support performance management systems (PMS) and appraisals
  • Drive HR compliance, audits, and documentation
HR Strategy & Culture
  • Build and promote a positive, compliant, and performance-driven work culture
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership
  • Support engagement initiatives, celebrations, and internal communications
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and hiring strategy
  • Hands-on experience in HR policy drafting and implementation
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Exposure to handling audits, inspections, and HR automation tools
